Our business thrives on one thing: your child’s happiness. That’s why if, for whatever reason, you aren’t 100% satisfied with a product you’ve purchased, please send us an email with any questions or concerns. We’ll get back to you ASAP.

All Brainy Cubs customers from Australia have a full 30-day refund guarantee. We’ll accept your returns if the products received are unused and/or damaged in any way.

Here are a couple of quick points to keep in mind:

The 30-day refund guarantee is not eligible for worldwide shipping.

The shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

Due to the high-quality materials with which our products are made, the likelihood of a product being damaged is low. However, accidents happen, and you’re entitled to a brand new toy.

It may be the case that the product that arrives to you isn’t exactly how you’ve imagined it. And that’s fine! Although the product shots we display on our website are fully accurate, we won’t discard this possibility. Just make sure the product is unused, and we’ll give you a full refund. No questions asked.
